A BIT ABOUT ME
Yoga It's not about being good at something. It's about being good to yourself.
I discovered yoga by accident. Our small town didn't offer many evening activities, but one lady taught yoga there every Monday. She was determined and strong with a spark in her eyes. I went to high school at the time and I felt that even though I was studying, I was not moving anywhere. That I'm still at the same point. Yoga, after a few lessons, made me feel like I was moving on. The feeling that I stirred the current stagnation and embarked on a complex path of self-knowledge.
In Germany, I started practicing more, dancing more, and doing acro yoga. I didn't have gymnastics training and I had to go through everything from scratch. Suddenly, it was before the holidays, and the only place I really wanted to go to was India. From the ashram at the foothills of the Himalayas, I brought a lot of knowledge, new friendships, but most of all the determination to go further.

I have been practising yoga with Aja for more than 3 years now. She is such an inspiration for me! Yoga under her guidance is literary changing my life habits step by step. I am becoming more morning person, more relaxed, and flexible. Also, I have not only learned yoga with Aja but also self-care. I do feel that I am more strong now.
Aja is an incredibly nice positive person who brought me into the world of yoga! Thanks to her, I discovered what my body is capable of and I enjoy watching the progress with each lesson. What I like most about the classes with Aja is that she respects my possibilities. She will always give me tips on how to improve, and what to focus on more. Her gentle (yet non-judgmental) approach is very motivating. Although yoga is uncompetitive, I'm happy to see progress. Since I often sit at the computer, the biggest success for me was to get rid of my back pain.
